St Paul Child Care Center is a non-profit service organization of St Paul Lutheran Congregation in Fremont . Operating fees and policies are set by the congregation's Board of Education. Without diminishing the quality of the program, St. Paul 's Board of Education tries to keep the program affordable for families. Fee schedules are available upon request. Please call 920-446-3633.

The Department of Children and Families Division of Early Care and Education licenses St Paul Child Care Center. The childcare staff meets the training requirements set forth by the Bureau of Licensing. Sandra Smith is the Director. She has a MA in Curriculum and Supervision.
